Undergraduate Toxicology Teaching Course Survey

Dear Colleague:

The Toxicology Teaching Project, a joint venture between the Allegheny-Erie Society of Toxicology's Education Committee and the Indiana University of Pennsylvania's Environmental Health Program, is conducting a survey to collect information about undergraduate toxicology courses.  The goal of the Toxicology Teaching Project is to improve undergraduate teaching of toxicology by sharing information and resources through a web-based clearinghouse.  The results of this survey will be used to help document the status of undergraduate toxicology education, and to share information about courses with one another.  This information will be used for academic purposes only; and will be disseminated via this website, publication in a peer-reviewed journal, and presentation at a national meeting.

To ensure confidentiality, the results of this study will be presented in summarized form only.  Information with subject identifiers associating you with your answers will not be released.  In addition, you and your course will only be linked to information that is available on your home institution's website.  There is no known risk to you for participating in this survey.

Participation in this survey is voluntary, and if you would like to withdraw at any time please request by email <tsimmons@iup.edu> to have your survey submission deleted from the Toxicology Teaching Project database.  Receipt of your request will be confirmed by return email.

This survey has been approved by the Indiana University of Pennsylvania - Institutional Review Board for Human Subjects Study.
