http://www.lib.iup.edu/databases/e-journals.html.  Then click on JSTOR Arts and Sciences I Collection and be prompted for the logon.
(Here is another option from off campus according to Joann Janosko in the library, however you must be running Windows 2000 or Windows XP.  Use the Virtual Private Network (VPN) at www.iup.edu/ats/sts/vpn/menu.htm.  This will allow you to use any of the library’s resources from off campus just as if you were on campus.)
